One of our top club photographers, Jean Bartlett, was our speaker early in September. With a love of wildlife whether it be in Dorset or beyond, Jean on this occasion gave us a presentation on one of her favourite destinations. We were given an insight to one of her photographic trips to the Masai Mara.

After the first night in a high security hotel, it was then a stark contrast to be camping in an un-fenced and unprotected tent amongst the wild residents of the Mara.

We were shown a set of exceptional photographs detailing the lives and relationships of the animals and birds, and how they fitted into their environment and how they interact and rely on each other.
